Reflection Journal 6: Diversity, Conflict, and You

Reflect back on the Diversity Wheel introduced in the Core. Then, answer the following questions with 1-2 complete sentences each:

Consider diversity with regard to your life experience with conflict.

  1. Which aspects mentioned on the Diversity Wheel have given you privilege?
  2. Which aspects mentioned on the Diversity Wheel have been marginalizing for you?
  3. Considering all of these aspects, how have these factors impacted how you experience conflict?
  4. Are there any aspects of diversity missing from the wheel that have been important to your life experience?
