ROCKET brought together administrative staff members from three different universities in the ENLIGHT network. They learned theories and practice skills in conflict transformation and nonviolent communication. Through role-playing and other engaging activities, staff members shared best practices, experiences, and challenges within and across institutions. The strengthening of socioemotional skills and the development of support networks across Europe benefited the university far beyond these trainings, as staff members were better equipped to handle conflict situations with compassion, care, and a win-win orientation.
