Discussion C: Conflict Styles
Review all materials from the Conflict Styles module.
Then, answer the following questions with 1-2 complete sentences each:
- Discuss an example of content from your course, e.g. an article, video, etc. What conflict style(s) are represented by the content? Do you find this conflict style appropriate and/or convincing? Why or why not?
Important: Please do not include conflicts that involve another person in the course. Focus on positions within the course materials.
- Discuss your results to your Conflict Styles Inventory. Which styles do you use the most in Calm and Storm? Which styles do you use the least in Calm and Storm?
- Do you think practicing these less used conflict styles help you address conflicts in the future? Why or why not?
Finally, respond to at least two (2) of your peers in Ask a Question, Answer a Question format.
