We recommend adding accessible links to any information on your learning management system, including instructions in which students can find resources to help themselves such as online manuals, as well as ways to contact the help desk (if available).

If you receive questions from students on parts of the course you designed, we recommend troubleshooting them first yourself. It is likely the case that a setting is incorrect, such as that portion of the course being set to invisible to students, which you can easily change yourself. More complex cases should be sent to the help desk, such as one student not being able to access content other students have completed.
