The deadline is May 15! Everything must be received by us by then; otherwise, a refund or payment will unfortunately no longer be possible.
1. International guests arriving from abroad do NOT need to provide their personal tax identification number. However, guests from Germany are required to do so, including the name of the relevant tax office.
2. All fields must be carefully filled out and completed. The form should be filled out on a computer, then printed and signed. It is best to complete the form during the conference and print it out with the date so that you can sign it on-site.
3. Please do NOT use a digital signature or similar; the original signature is required.
4. The required receipts (i.e., invoices, tickets), that are only available in paper form must be submitted to the ROCKET Team after the conference or sent by mail later.
Receipts and invoices that are only available digitally can simply be emailed to riccarda.fulda@uni-goettingen.de; these will then be forwarded accordingly.
